As a result, the customer is in urgent need of an efficient and automated silage round bale wrapping machine to enhance the post-harvest handling of silage, ensuring the feed remains tightly sealed and moisture-resistant, thereby extending its shelf life.

- Among the four silage balers and wrappers offered by our company, three are powered by diesel, and one run on electricity, allowing for adaptability to various power conditions.
- The diesel models come with an automatic battery charging system to ensure they operate continuously and efficiently in the field. These flexible power options are not only ideal for the diverse farming conditions in Tanzania but also improve the machines’ reliability.
- They guarantee that silage is baled promptly after harvest, minimizing the exposure of crops to air and preventing spoilage. Features like automatic film cutting and drawing-in significantly boost productivity and lessen the need for manual intervention.
- All machines are fitted with PLC-controlled electric cabinets, featuring an operator interface in English and a uniquely designed counter page. The automated control system simplifies manual operations and significantly reduces training costs for operators.
- Additionally, the inclusion of an air compressor, air pump, and other accessories with the equipment facilitates easier maintenance, further extending the machine’s lifespan and operational stability.

Customized accessories and design
In response to our customer’s specific needs, we have incorporated a three-part catch drain plate into each silage round bale wrapping machine. This addition helps minimize raw material waste during the baling process.
Furthermore, the machine is equipped with accessories like loading conveyor lawn belts, proximity switches, oil-water separators, conveyor belt bearings, and airlines, all of which enhance the production line’s operating efficiency and ensure the equipment can function reliably over extended periods.
