Customer background and demand
This customer specializes in livestock machinery sales and has an important position in the field of agricultural machinery in Thailand, which mainly involves the sales of tractors, feed mixers, lawnmowers, spreaders, and other products.
As an experienced company with a strong market position, the customer’s requirements for the machines were very clear, requiring both efficient equipment and focusing on product customization.
Voltage requirements and technical challenges
As the voltage standard in Thailand is 220V, while the standard voltage of our silage feed baler machine is 380V, the customer wants the machine to be able to adapt to the local voltage standard.
To meet this demand, we flexibly responded by adding a frequency converter to the PLC control cabinet, which enables the machine to freely switch the voltage and ensures that it can work stably even under 220V.
Silage feed baler customized requests and solutions
The customer also made a new request that the machine needs to add a 3-part plate to catch the leakage material. To ensure the customer’s experience and product quality, we added these parts free of charge and further customized the machine.
In addition, the customer finally chose 1 motor model (380V, 50Hz, 3P) and 3 diesel models, and the machine was transported in a whole container without wooden box packaging, and the outer wrapping of the machine was carried out to facilitate transportation and storage.
Procurement of spare parts and service advantages
To ensure customers’ convenience, we also equip each silage feed baler machine with 24 rolls of large bale netting rope. This not only enhances the practicality of the product but also demonstrates our dedication to service details.
