Customer background and demand
The customer is a strong agricultural company and plans to use this machine to cultivate chili peppers. This customer has previously purchased a bubble washing machine from us and is very satisfied with our products and services.
Nursery seeder customization and functional configuration
To meet the customer’s specific needs, our business manager had in-depth communication with the customer. The customer provided detailed dimensions of the cavities, workflow sketches, and drawings of the required finished product.
Based on this information, we customized the nursery machine for the customer with the following equipment:
- Crush mixer: for mixing substrate soil.
- Lifting soil loader: for easy lifting of soil into the nursery machine.
- Four 1.5 meter long conveyor belts: for material conveying.
- Soil loading, hole pressing, and watering functions: to meet various needs during the nursery process.
Delivery and customer feedback
After the machine finished production, we recorded the installation and operation video and sent it to the customer to ensure that the machine could be put into use smoothly.
