Wiring and operation method

1. Voltage: 380V, 3phase, 50hz.
2. After wiring from the hopper at the rear of the machine, there is a switch. Turn on the switch for wiring.
3. Place the machine stably keep it level, and put a leather bag on the fan mouth.
4. Before starting the machine, check whether the power line is normal, whether the components are loose, and whether the test operation is normal.
5. Make sure that the main unit and the fan are rotating forward.

Machine maintenance and repair

• After the work is done, the residue of the sand roller should be removed with a brush and the broken leather debris of the storage bag (box) should be cleaned.
• Regularly clean the sanding roller.
• Clean the peanuts and granules in the fan bucket every day, and open the sliding door at the lower end of the machine to release the particles.
• If the single sand does not turn, please replace the belt.
• Regularly clean the fan impeller (a peanut powder and smashed skin on the impeller).
