In towing mode, the machine can be swiftly towed and relocated by a tractor, enabling a work site change in just 30 minutes. This efficiency results in a 40% reduction in transportation time and costs compared to traditional stationary equipment.

With a powerful 55 HP diesel engine, this machine can process 18-22 tons of silage each day, achieving a baling speed of 10-12 bales per hour (each bale weighing 500 kg). The film wrapping process is impressively quick, taking just 35 seconds per bale, and it outperforms similar products by 25% in efficiency.
Built for durability, the key components feature a high-carbon steel anti-rust coating that enhances wear resistance by 30%. Additionally, its modular design allows for the rapid replacement of worn parts, cutting maintenance costs by 50%.
Deep adaptation to African scenarios
In response to feedback from African customers regarding three main challenges—difficult movement, maintenance issues, and high fuel costs—this upgrade has been specifically designed to address these concerns:
