At the beginning of this month, our factory completed the production of 2 sets of corn grinding machines and shipped them to Angola. Based on the customer’s specific needs and our suggestions, they chose to purchase the T3 model machine with a high sales volume.
Customer background and requirements
The customer operates a processing factory focusing on puffed food, which mainly needs to process a large amount of corn into grits as raw material or auxiliary material.
To ensure a smooth process, they have clear requirements on the fineness of the finished product, the output, and the performance of the machine.
Communication process and customer expectations
During the communication process, the customer was most concerned about the fineness of the finished product. We answered their inquiries about the fineness of the discharged material in detail and provided pictures of the finished product for their reference.
We introduced to the customer that our corn grits machine is capable of producing three different kinds of finished products: large grits, small grits, and cornmeal, and the ratio of these products can be adjusted according to the needs. In addition, the machine can remove about 30% of the corn husk during processing.
The customer was also concerned about the power and output of the machine. We introduced them to the many sizes and models of corn grinding machines offered by our factory and explained the performance of each model in detail.
