In the process of planting rice transplanter, if there is a phenomenon of transplanting, scattering, drifting and arching, it may be too deep with the water in the field, the surface of the paddy field is too soft or too hard, and the gap between the pusher and the transplanting needle is too large. It is related to the deformation of the claws or the poor shape of the seedlings.
If the water in the middle of the field is too deep, the depth of the transplanting should be adjusted in time.
If the depth of the field is more than 30 mm, it should be discharged to about 20 mm, or the insertion speed should be appropriately slowed down.
If the surface of the paddy field is too soft, move the sensor bar to a soft direction or delay the insertion time.
If it is caused by the topsoil of the paddy field, the soil should be re-grounded to the hardness of the suitable seedlings, or the transplanting speed should be appropriately slowed down.
If the gap between the pusher and the insertion needle is too large, the insertion claw is deformed or damaged, the insertion claw should be replaced in time, the guide shaft should be cleaned or replaced, and the gap between the pusher and the insertion needle should be adjusted to the standard range.
If the seedlings are easily detached due to poor seedling morphology and poor root growth, seedlings should be taken to remove seedlings and seedlings, and the speed of transplanting should be properly adjusted to avoid the occurrence of cracking of the seedlings.
If the seedlings are damaged by the soil quality of the seedbed, the seedbed should be properly vetted before the transplanting, so that the transplanting operation is easy.
