Brief introduction of 2 row rice transplanter

It is mainly composed of a chain, handgrips, seedling beds, and aboard.

Working principle of this equipment

1. place the seedlings in the two seedling beds of the machine
2. Rotate the handgrip in the same direction
3. The transplanting needle picks the seedlings down one by one
4. Then insert them into the soil
5. During the process, the operator should face the machine and go back continuously.

What are the technical conditions of our transplanter?

• Seedling height should be within 180-300mm
• The root of seedlings should be inserted into the soil about 60mm
• Working depth should be controlled within 10-20mm
• The operator should add lubricating oil to the friction part before using it to achieve flexible rotation
• During operation, the seedling should be parallel
